Anais’ journey into the fitness industry was driven by personal transformation. What started as a goal to feel stronger and more energised soon evolved into a deep commitment to physical and mental well-being. She quickly recognised the discipline, confidence, and empowerment that consistent training can bring and now helps others discover the same.

As a personal trainer, Anais is passionate about guiding clients towards their goals through tailored, intelligent programmes. For her, success lies not just in physical change but in the mindset shifts that happen along the way. She thrives on building relationships, motivating clients to move past their perceived limits, and celebrating every milestone, no matter how small.

Her style is holistic, integrating movement, recovery, and nutritional guidance to promote overall well-being. She actively seeks feedback and continually sharpens her skills to ensure that each client receives a supportive and results-driven experience.

A lifelong athlete, Anais’s love for movement began early, as she trained in Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu alongside her father. Today, her active lifestyle encompasses a range of activities, including adult gymnastics, Topgolf, badminton, and hiking.
