Absolutely. Recovery therapies are viable and useful for most, excluding those with conditions that prevent them from using a specific recovery option.
While our therapies have benefits such as an increase in performance, faster recovery and sport injury prevention - which are potentially more appealing to an athlete - they also have a host of benefits for non-athletes also.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy aids in reducing jet lag symptoms and improved cognitive function.
Cryotherapy reduces inflammation and can help with mood disorders.
Floatation therapy can aid in better sleep quality, brain restoration and lower stress.
These are but a few examples. Massage therapy, osteopathy and reformer Pilates can also powerfully benefit the lives of non-athletes also.
